When we refinance and put the deed in an LLC for asset protection, how do you protect both side of the JV under one LLC?

New to BP but looking to get started in my journey to financial freedom.

An index fund is a better option...eventually, I'm a fan of paying them off and treating them like fixed income, but not now assuming that your financial house is in order and you like owning and managing real estate.

I know how frustrating it can be to not have the right partner for managing your assets.

I will be in a much better financial position if I choose to do this after the 60to 90 day period.  

Understandable.Yet in many cases, people with disabilities are often placed in the same bad bunch of apples posed by those who simply run into financial issues.I've even heard people say, they're reluctant to rent to people with section 8 due aTo the assumption, we will neglect our property.

I've done Acquisitions with several institutional investors and have thought about this very concept - Acquisitions-as-a-service (or asset-management-AAS, or revenue-management-AAS).
