Sanding, caulking, primer and 2 coats isn't all that expensive for the doors.Changing hardware is fairly cheap too, they have all kinds of places online that offer reasonably priced nickel/oil-rubbed bronze hardware.Porcelain tile counter tops with a hardwood bull nose are very cheap install and easy to do yourself.

I have been employed in the oil and gas industry for the past 15 years and I'm currently stationed and writing from Angola, West Africa, and I feel like now is the right time to transition to REI.I have tried to educate myself as much as possible for the past couple of years on everything REI (fix n flip, fix n rent, wholesaling etc..)and continue doing so today.I have never done a flip before and I am hoping to network and meet someone locally that is willing to Partner/Mentor with me for my first flip.

Linoleum is quite different than vinyl:  first it is not a petroleum product, but is made from entirely renewable components (linseed oil, pine rosin, wood flour, cork, gypsum); it is naturally antimicrobial {one reason it is used extensively in places such as hospitals, day cares, nursing homes, etc.} and it is quite durable.
