It was unique for the area because it was across the street from a golf course and in a desirable community but it was an older community with newer, energy efficient homes near by.

An experienced home stager can also do wonders for a property that has a unique layout.  

This unique market encompasses properties that cash flow and appreciate consistently.

I suggest asking yourself what unique attributes resulted in having $100k to invest, and how the further application of those attributes can be used to grow your money.
