I use Medici grey from Walmart for the walls and Nova White from Walmart (Glidden Complete 2 in 1 primer stain blocking) on the trim.

Nails/claws scratch the floors and trim.

I drove up with ladders and painting supplies then bought paint and  hired a couple of local boys that I had lined up thanks to craigslist, they painted the house in a day, I also had them pick up the branches and other stuff around the yard along with trimming some over grown bushes in the back yard.

It seems most cities are not keen on taking down trees if not necessary.For the tree limbs, in Cincinnati, I am required to clean up all debris on adjoining properties related to tree trimming or taking down.  

Trim and most cabinets - White.

Once I close next week, i plan on getting oaks professionally trimmed up, new drive way poured, and landscape done.

Is white trim and doors out?

@John TeachoutWell that includes the water mitigation, relaying the whole house flooring, the drywall/trim/doors/framing and then the excavation and replacement of the whole mainline and replacement.

The problem that I have is the exterior brick which is painted white (with bright red trim).
