Charlie Moore Do you ever give a full security deposit back for D class rentals
29 December 2019 | 16 replies
I almost always return all or most of the deposit. bigger landlords I know in the D class and even C class assets  that have 100 to 200 plus doors.. they just charge a move in fee and no deposit. since they NEVER EVER give a deposit back.. tenant does not expect it .. and the homes are NEVER broom clean by a long stretch.
