In time you will be a party and someone will say "hey tell me about East Bumble and why invest there"4) its never ending, you need to be thinking about how you can add to your presence strategically. that takes time but you need to disciplined about adding content that is of value.

We want to keep in mind that the GFC a lot of that was created by Strategic defaults owners who could afford the payments but chose to just stop paying live as long as they could for free in the homes..

Too much in your primary res represents more risk to me than too much strategically purchased imcome property.

We are gearing up to out strip each of our Home Construction offices of about 60 to 75 Housing (Town-homes, Duplex and Residential new) units per each (year) of 16 our strategically located offices Western U.S. over the next 3 years.

Similarly, controlled and strategic debt can be very helpful.

A lot to unpack there, but what a narrative you have created from my simple task of asking investors how they strategically approach buying a primary home.

They are taking over the PM duties from Proway (which was an arm of Strategic Properties, LLC).
