Are you implying that the $5,000 loss is specifically attributable to tax depreciation (i.e., a non cash expense)?

Locally where I am in Mpls, I can find a very 'clean' 250 columns of data to load into a Jupyter Notebook consisting of if the parcel is a licensed rental, property type, what recent housing/tax plan that it is part of, deed/sales information, 'attributes' of the structure (beds/bath/sf ect) and it's 'free' data... and ya know what?

My listing was the top on Zillow and I attribute it to great pics. 

The key is to stand out!

Maybe consider something that makes them stand out aside from the bright green. just my .02 cents.If you do it for 6 months straight you will get results.

I made a ton without charging such high fees, so I attribute much of it to greed rather than prudent lending.....but if it's legal and someone is willing to pay it, by all means......But I'd ask where the door was

We try or best to stand out amongst the crowd and I'm glad to hear that we're continuing to execute!
