yall may or may not be right about the license issue...this is speculation on my part...however, last time i had a few evictions on the same day, for different buildings in different LLC's, the judge made a point to ask me if i was licensed or had ownership in the LLC's...i had never been asked that before and it threw me off a little bit...anyways, she didn't ask if i worked for someone that had ownership interest..maybe if you respond with that, it's ok, but my gut says no...so if you're going to hire someone to manage the day to day, i would at least go to the evictions myself..just in case
