I see nothing in what you posted that trends positive.

@Bernardo CunhaShort answer - yes you can but posting on BP or other real estate websites isn't the best way to find investors for your deals.

Can't wait to see what you post when a tenant NSFs a rent payment to you...

My suggestion would be to select someone with the most forum posts or most reviews.
