I'm not certain, here, but I think that Medicaid is entitled to the proceeds of the sale of the house, up to the entire amount paid for nursing care for his parents.

Here the tax delinquencies are not recorded until the year after they occur, for example.Another big one not recorded is nursing home liens, and public welfare liens.

I can get like $1500 to $2000 back from realtors for being a nurse. 

Traveling nurses are a good target for that.

I have no idea why that info wouldn't be in the file since it is a vital piece of the probate process.Sometimes that property address for the deceased is a nursing home or other facility.
