Hey Dylan, I'm not sure about specific companies, but as far as those cities go, I just ran them through my comparison algorithm, and honestly they all seem pretty neck-and-neck.Memphis seems to be growing more than the others, probably the safest buy..

Face, hand, arm and neck tattoos are something that would really turn me off in a hiring role.I realize that I'm probably just being old (65) and crusty and hundreds of millions of people would disagree, but since you asked, I thought it would be good to share an honest opinion.I'd say to try your hand (sorry - couldn't help myself) at being a Realtor with the tats.

@Amy Beth My injury last year was my big wake up call for a complete makeover for our finances.It has changed our spending habits so much and up to this point even if I'm back to work full time I intentionally decided not to do any overtime yet..I would like to train myself and my family to get used to living within our means.No big trips (we had 2 out of the country holidays last year),no dining out and less online shopping.Everything happened for a reason and I believe that the injury had happened as an eye opener for us.

I couldn’t even imagine the power that tenants could have if they wanted to make a fuss out of a mouse infestation, even though this is a very common issue in multi family (especially in our neck of the woods, I dealt with this myself last year…) and you have done everything in your power to try to counter the problem.
