I was able to knock out a BA and my masters and only had to pay for 2 classes. 

Went on Craigslist..Went to property knocked on some neighbors doors asked what they paid in Rent entirely too low .

A 2 person team could knock it out in a few weeks. 

Do you just knock door to door and say Im the new landlord?

We would have to knock a couple roaches off of the walls during showings and hope that no one noticed.

I used to live there and you'd always see young kids getting into wholesaling door knocking.

Knock on wood, our student tenants have always paid on time and do so electronically. 

Knocking on doors to intro yourself as the new PM without their lease or names, makes you appear like a crook.

We find our tenants through FB marketing, Zillow, and other online marketing a fair portion of the time but the old school stuff still works best - signs, flyers around the neighborhood, lead in signs, door knocking (when necessary), etc. 

I asked if we could knock down personal property coverage to a lower number but apparently I can only lower that if I lower the dwelling amount.Should I lower the dwelling amount?
