Increased traffic, strangers in the house next door every 3-7 days, noise due to having a good time on vacation... the list is endless really.That is why a lot of us invest only in vacation spots where the regs are either non-existent or solidly pro STR.

Hey guys,I need some help.My partner and I are working on the rehab of a house whose backyard faces the exit of a highway.Luckily at the point, where the house is located, the noise from the highway is not very loud as there is a considerably smaller flow of vehicles taking that exit of the highway.In order to block the view (and sound) to the highway exit and maintain some privacy, I am considering planting fully grown-up trees.Has anyone here done that before?

Sometimes, this business can be a grind. 

FSBO's and Expired's can be deflating at times to say the least but I understand it's part of the grind. 

Smart locks, Outdoor security cameras, outdoor noise aware tech, wifi thermostats, backup combo lock hard keys, are some of the must haves for your properties. 

A lot of grind and rejection in this industry.  

You may get some angry phone calls, but if you keep grinding it works.  

Along with working for themselves and getting out of the corporate grind. 

The risk of noise and ticking off my tenant on the 1st floor is not worth it, and I don't want to end up with 2 unhappy occupants at the property
