Most of the credit repair scammers will provide a jpg image of the dispute results from the credit bureaus but that can be photoshopped...a video cannot be photoshopped.  

These platforms do have some insurance included and handle disputes, so it may be more user friendly for her versus doing her own screening.

So don't believe that talking to their 'First Shirt' aka Sergeant will resolve the problem for you and they will just write you a check on the spot, you will still be required to go through the local courts for a legal resolution.

I wouldn't threaten to move out unless that is your likely solution, but be firm about timely resolution.

While it gives the smallest return, it's also the fastest to reach resolution.  

You could try to dispute it, it might help your score briefly as you apply for a loan, but banks have caught on to that.

Additionally within credit item disputes they must respond in time.
