He's financed incorporation, general business/state licensing, website hosting, and logo creation - though I've done all the work on actually setting these up.

Historic North Everett (the area above the Base) hosts marathons, multiple festivals, garden shows, art festivals, Farmer's markets, etc at the parks at either end of Grand Ave.I'm hoping I can pick up several more houses in North Everett.

Regarding the SLO and the closing, there are a few different ways to handle it, but you could cloud the title with a lien for what you are owed on the backend, which I would not do a SLO without filing a Memorandum of Option, or you could do a regular close if the title company will do a double close and lender is OK with it, or you may need to get transactional funding.

I've been listening to many podcasts (The Best Real Estate Investing Advice Ever Show hosted by Joe Fairless being my favorite), I've been reading some great books (I LOVE Rich Dad Poor Dad) and have just been trying to educate myself as much as possible on real estate investing. 

I am looking to start using it however I read that hosts must provide breakfast.
