But I see the issue, which is why I never tried to go there in may area, is that you are at the top, or a little above, of the economic propensity for the market of larger projects, meaning smaller would be more marketable to a larger group of potential buyers, or as you see it, a larger project is required to attract larger investors.I'd consider the properties adjacent to your complex first, can you buy those?

In Ontario if an owner buys an adjacent property in the same name the property will be converted to one title by the city and MPAC.
