I don't do landlord queries because landlords that want problem tenants gone are more than willing to go Tony the Tiger on you when talking about the tenants. 

South of Boston we can get high efficiency FHW units installed for much less than the "new heating systems will sink you $10k and wipe you out" scare tactic excuse people use for not investing, not sure how that cost translates to NY.  

@Tony Crabtree I haven't seen a lease yet that allows someone to leave due to infidelity.

@Nick Brubaker  its code for :  when you find a market in the US were new construction can be bought for 100 a foot all in from the builder.. existing rental homes that have to compete with them will not appreciate to a great degree, unless they are in Tony infil areas.. in Atlanta that is like Brookhaven and such.

@Tony F.Tony I haven't done the research yet I wonder if more cannabis companies are failing or more CBD companies are failing the CBD industry has become completely commoditized you can now buy CBD in Walgreens (I did extensive research on CBD)So maybe in the future we can buy a weed from CVS???
