If you send out mass emails or post things on (pick your favorite website) with full property details, you'll get really familiar with the Division of Real Estate and not in a good way.There are ways to advertise without running afoul of the folks in Columbus, some of which have been shared on BP in the past.

And here is the "price" we all must pay for unlimited cheap labor over the last 40 years; instead of factories producing, green, long lasting, efficient, modular housing that would probably cost about as much as a honda accord, we are stuck with a perception that site built is better, preferable, the only attractive option, because we have been able to take advantage of immigrant workers to create an unsustainable system that does not value the cost efficiencies granted every other mass produced product.

Since sending mass emails to lists like that is now illegal the only firms that sell them are ones without a lot of credibility

@Brian, yes Worcester is a problem area but the ROI is much better than any other regions in Mass.

When I first became a landlord, I utilized the BP Mass lease agreements and came to find out that there is a bunch of illegal items in there for Massachusetts. 

Recession drive mass expansion in affordable housing, and with that surge into sec8 and the entire lower strata of housing rentals.   

I just sold my primary residence in central mass and looking to invest some of that cash.

I will agree that the practice is diluted more so than other aspects of the industry by uneducated people who don't know a lick of real estate, but that's due to the draw of "make money with no money in real estate" seminars sending masses out to the field.
