But it seems like you still need to iron out your investment goals first.

Regarding inflation... actually only vegetable and salad still has no inflation.while the Korean BBQ joint that I usually visited, raise the price from $22 to $39 just like that.

It's ironic, becasue this struggle is what usually sends new investors searching for cheap properties in undesirable neighborhoods or cities that are dying.

The ironic part is after infections got out of control in NY, all the residents fled the state and spread COVID around the country.

Each year I will slowly (I call it the BBQ method) eat away at it, and when I hang up the uniform, I can fully retire!

I’m new to the forum and ironically I am working with 3 clients from different parts of the U.S. who have each identified OKC as their ideal place to invest in SFR Cash Flow properties.  

I cook all dinners and most all breakfasts.. this morning a few eggs and sweet potato pancakes.no one I mean NO one is allowed to touch my cast iron skillets.. they are seasoned to perfection.. and then I use my green egg at least 5 nights a week for whatever protein I am going to cook.. plus I do the dishes.. 

And I can BBQ on my deck in December.  

Obviously this will be an ironing out, but referrals are usually top choice to start with.Just my .02.
