I think i'll try convince the authorities to let the people stay who have already made plans for the holidays, then sell it. 

Not sure about major holidays- likely does well then, too.

The way the 3 day notice works in Ohio (I assume it's similar in PA) weekends, holidays & the day you post the notice does not count towards the 3 days so it won't always be exactly 3 days from posting till filing.
