Sounds like a red cross disaster experience.

They won't walk to the light to cross and then back along the street.Sit there in the early morning and after hours and watch where the workers go to get their transportation.

There is no database to cross reference, hell there is no check systems in place at all.

I own a property that is a minute away,  from an imaginary border town that has many restrictions, in a town with no restrictions and the returns are just as good (and way better from a yield perspective), it just doesn’t have the fancy zip code. 

You want to get an idea on how a single property in a portfolio is performing and so will the lender especially if its crossed.
