My prediction is this : bitcoin will bounce around for a while maybe top 20 but I doubt it 17k might have been the peak then it' going to drop hard and fast down to 5-7k where it will stay for a while and if it comes back it will soar past 40 50k.

Problem is it goes to that property not the actual home owner so tenants of rentals end up getting the card, not the owner.Great job to hear you are bouncing ideas off of us.

I have talked to the first couple of people, who know I have one property and am looking for more, VERY casually explaining that I would just like to use them as a 'sounding board' to bounce some ideas off of how I would like to seek these funds.

(Mind you I have credit bouncing around 750-800, great dept to income and employment, so that's not really an issue)
