So, that team of attorneys is basically saying the same thing I've been saying, there is no sneaky way around it.The way to get your voice heard is by public comment to CFBP, if thousand called I assure you they would start making some modifications.There are included in the Act provisions for ongoing impact studies on commerce so they will listen.However, don't expect the old west as it use to be full of shisters and good ole boys doing deals with the intentions to foreclose.A set of standardization for seller financed deals is probably the best you'll get.

I started renting the home my family and I presently live in 5 years ago.Never being late on a payment I started getting forms delivered to my house that stated an auction was to be held for the property.I notified the homeowner and he assured me that this was not a problem and not to worry.After this happened a second time I got a bit curious and made made plans to be in court on the date that the forms provided.To make a long story short, the auction was for a HOA foreclosure.It would have cost my family and I way more money (almost double)to move than what the starting bid was......so I bid,and won the bid!!!!
