It's absurd some of the posts here on this forum where people are telling you that you don't have enough and should shy away from particular strategies.

It's absurd on it's face.Here is the question that I asked Sara above:If you can't get your carriers to pay reasonable claims, why would anyone want to buy insurance from you?

Totally ridiculous and patently false.

We also asked her to compile a list of grievances so that we could run a root cause analysis of these issues to see if we could improve our processes and based on the many blatantly false things that she added, it is clear that we were not the issue here.  

I don't even pay attention to it unless it's an absurd amount. 

Have you found that BBB reviews have been mostly reliable (ie, low number of false reviews, bots, etc)? 

The fact that the lawyer tried to come after your mothers death and make false claims, gives him no rights.

The American Rule, correctly, actually states that:'Parties shall generally bear the costs of litigation, but may contract out of it or rely on statutes to impose costs'.Bottom line is, that is false and incorrect information.
