Three week's ago I read a book called "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and  realized I have been doing this money thing all wrong. 

I read richest man in Babylon and am half way through rich dad poor dad.

I can't remember where I heard it, but somewhere I heard, "the riches are in the niches".

I signed up for the Rich Dad Poor Dad workshop tonight.

While there are so many successes stories and get rich quick flipping seminars my wife and I just want to share our stories and hope to be an inspiration to other flippers and real estate investors.

They believe the hurtle is SO BIG that becoming "rich" or "financially independent" is not within their realm.

However, as the article says "Many boomers want amenity-rich full-service buildings like millennials, brokers tell CNBC."
