Hello everyone, my name is Charles and I am new to BP and am looking to get started in real estate investing as quickly as possible.  

I am not a contractor but I am capable of learning things quickly.

I am new to this site, and would like advice on the best way to quickly sell a high end home, as well as an adjoining parcel of land.  

Tell them you will pay them cash for a quick close.When you do all that, then contact a local RE Agent to give you a list of all the houses in that neighborhood that have sold in the last 5 years with all cash.

I most definitely will keep saving, from what the news is saying, the Auckland market is slowly cooling down, however the prices are still rising, but no where near as quickly as it has been over the last 2 or so years.

It works well here in MA because the laws are so tenant-friendly that many landlords get very frustrated and burn out fairly quickly.

We are fixing up the first home (new flooring, a/c, paint) and should have it leased quickly.

The property has been empty for 8 years and all units need rehabbing.  1duplex can be done and ready to rent quickly ( 30k total rehab).  1 duplex will require a bit more rehab but is basically in the same condition.  

If they were that easy to predict #1 they wouldn't happen (interventions would prevent them) and #2 there'd be a LOT more rich people as billions would be available for those that could market time.
