Numerous new buildings in this industry have popped up over the last year which is going to lend itself nicely to mid-term and long-term rentals for traveling nurses, doctors, etc.

Worth so I spend my daily commute listening to bigger pockets and decided, with my wife graduating nursing school at the end of 2020 it is time to start taking the steps to invest in my knowledge base.

Also I will be renting out my condo as a mid term rental (to travel nurses) does STR insurance fall in the same category or is that a whole different policy?
