I had my first workshop meeting early February so roughly 8 months.

Also the CRE Workshop is fantastic and gives you great real world experience that is transferable to multiple jobs in CRE.

@Michael Le I attended a couple local classes through AZREIA specifically for apartment buying, and we also had Anthony Chara come do some workshops.

I’ve been studying and attending a couple of seminars and workshops.

I now have a workshop / tool arsenal that would rival a General Contractors.

We rented out two rooms which covered all the expenses, and we kept the garage and workshop for ourselves.  

I live in Anaheim and attended the STR workshop at city hall last week.
