Hi everyone,My wife and I are embarking on this real estate investment plan.

Before i left this one woman chatted with me almost as if she was looking to flirt with me & was telling me if i wanted to come back to make a down payment of however much she said but i wasnt falling for it in any aspect as pretty as she was but i turned it down, i know that trick she was tryna do, my current program did almost about the same thing but with us we are different then fortune builders, we wouldnt be that hungry for someones money & if they wanted to come back they could at anytime. 

The main culprit, which are the renters living adjacent to my bedroom windows: are what I presume to be family of 8 to 10 people: an old man, an older woman, another woman in her 30's and another woman, a man, 3 toddlers and 2 high school aged kids - all living in a 3 bedroom/2 bath home.

This woman should be celebrated instead of belittled.

Being a real estate investor is similar to being a Realtor in many ways; however, there are a few differences you'll discover as you embark on this journey. 

Friend, you have just embarked on the whimsical adventure of missing the point.While milenials and their ideas have an important place in society, what I took away from Steve's comments to you was that the way in which you conveyed your thoughts seemed superior and egotistical....which doesn't fair well within this BP community, which is comprised of intelligent, creative, resourced, and experienced investors sharing ideas. 

"Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned."

This woman can barely pay her rent so I will most likley never see that money again and the water is not separated in the building. 

I'm thinking that the combination of Veteran/Woman business owner would afford us the opportunity for some creative financing options.
