The first one was a woman who was already extremely annoyed at made it know when I first called.

Now the bad; the elderly woman who had ben living there had developed dementia over the years and became a hoarder.

Oh and I forgot, a woman who does just rehabbing and flipping offered to let me shadow her on a project.

I've tried googling the woman's name a bunch to find out some more info and there is not a lot there.

A family of six hoping to rent a two bedroom apt, a mentally challenged woman with two small children trying to escape an abusive husband, and a young couple, maybe nineteen or twenty, who were looking for a place they could share with his parents who'd just had their trailer repossessed are some of the people who applied for my most recent vacancy.  

Just ask yourself, "what would a woman like?"  

Finally a woman answered the phone and told me she couldn't find anybody that knew, and I should call back another day.

If you do nothing else in real estate, you will have succeeded by getting into a fourplex as a young man or woman with only 3.5% down.

I found a sweet older woman with 6 mostly-grown kids that is the perfect on-demand sitter.
