I have questions into them on whether they would cover it if the commercial policy denies it.Here's the exact language of the exclusion - "This insurance does not apply to animals "bodily injury" or "property damage" arising out of the ownership, use, loading or unloading, handling, or demonstration of domestic or wild animals, including but not limited to dogs. 

I owned multi-fam from 2004 to 2011 so I've experienced some wild swings; that's why I'm looking at TDs now. 

These are all Class B areas, which often cashflow from day one of acquisition, have acceptable crime, etc.City of Detroit - the "wild, wild, west"!
