You should answer with, anyone over the age of 18 must apply and be approved to be formally added to the lease and permitted to move in.

As far as friends go, when you're young, that generally means the parents of friends as the tendency is they will have money to invest where friends in your age group are less likely to have investable funds.

Cheap yes.Others who market to high equity, long years of owner ship (>15yrs owned, no mortgage etc, age >55) have decent quality of replies. 

We require anyone over the age of 18 to apply to live in the property if they will live there more than 14 consecutive days, that is written in our lease.

I owned a property by the time I was your age but didn't have my head on straight..you have plenty of time, so take it.
