Your pictures and write-up are okay, but could definitely be better; the pictures should be light and bright and have better angles to show off the home, especially the kitchen, and having clutter from a previous tenant in some of the pictures is not ideal, as well at the back yard should be picked up and neat for the picture.

@Samuel Coronado - the challenge is that there will likely be a very small number of renters looking for a house that size, as well as that can afford a rent amount that high who won't just buy otherwise.

You will need to make sure that are no gaps in windows, doors, etc and that the HVAC system is well maintained as a tenant could argue that lack of remediation is the culprit for a high utility bill.
