I'm trying to determine how much Section 8 housing voucher will pay for a specific property.

We are all familiar with Section 8 vouchers but how many of us know that there is a program that could turn these tenants into homeowners? 

Check in with the office that administers the Section 8 program (usually the local Housing Authority) and find out if there's anything different you need to do because the tenant has a Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher.

Section 8 sent a notice that they'll be pulling the tenants voucher and permanently terminating her section 8 eligibility effective 7-31-14.

The size of apartment would need to match what she is vouchered for. 

For example, my rental is listed at $1300 water included and one of the section 8 leads says that their voucher is up to $1500 (would obviously need to be verified).
