The banks were screaming bloody murder when unregulated mortgage brokers hit the streets and it took about a decade just to have a broker get a license, now, the broker is held to almost the same banking standards in may respects, so that is a big plus for banks to get these small brokers off the streets, for most folks it means if they need a loan they'll have to head to the bank.Scruggs and other seller financing gurus brought much of these new requirements on seller financed deals, if there hadn't been scammers with the rinse and repeat set ups seller financing probably wouldn't have gotten hammered as it did.

Second, does the lease you both signed stipulate how long visitors may or may not stay, or that tenant may not sublease;if your Realtor used the standard TAR Lease then it should?

Also, you can review the listings that you find to see you can get away with charging additional for the cleaning that will be required between each visitor to cover that.Finally, be sure to check the HOA's for the condo, usually condo's in resort areas have no "less than 30 day rental restrictions" in the bylaws, but most condo's in the city specifically forbid it.A lost note of caution is if the area is only good for skiing - one poor snow year and poof your profit goes away with the sunshine...
