It is a free country to believe what you want, and before you start with your uneducated remarks.

You could have the realtor search the Realtor Remarks in the MLS for keywords like "fixer", "needs works", "TLC", "handy man special" etc then send the listings to you via e-mail.

Instead,  what's posted is a smart behind remark from some REI who thinks he's/she's above the rest.

For some reason that I don't quite grasp, I'm having some remarkably bad luck trying to find a realtor in the Indianapolis area.

If they put the fee in MLS remarks "to be paid by buyer", it means nothing, if there are no other signed agreements.
