Depending on the language in the mortgage it may or may not be possible for the lender to call the loan due, however it is practically unheard of for them to do so since houses are rented out for any number of reasons.Note: Many jurisdictions in the U.S. have passed laws since the credit crisis regulating, limiting, or eliminating altogether the possibility of using Lease Options, so do you homework.

If those things were done then giving out keys a few days ahead of time is not unheard of but only to move in small items before the movers arrive- not large items!
