My primary goal for investing in real estate to grow my wealth and generate a bit extra income- not replace my day job.As the first investment, I want a safe investment with a goal recycle my down payment for a second property within 12 months and focus on learning & long-term cashflow/appreciation.

Made money and learned a lot.

I wanted to start with a cheaper property I could reasonably afford and also learn from.

Flipping comes with a pretty large learning curve.  

It sounds like REsimpli has a lot of value and combines a lot of features so I don’t need to pay for subscriptions to 10 different platforms (and invest a ton of time learning their systems only to discover a better option and start the process over again).

I am new in BP, and I am looking to understand where I start with learning about REI.I currently live in New York which it's not a good place to start investing.i know the difference between STR,MTR,LTR....

Taking a break from buying but not from learning and networking.
