We are living in a time of convergence where about 50% think we should steal... sorry TAX as high as 65% on middle class and just give away to all including those not contributing.

However, you have the ability to file joint tax returns at the federal level.Washington state does not have a state income tax, as a result, there shouldn't be a individual income tax return filed with that state.However, Arizona does have a state income tax.

So it should qualify for no capital gains tax as well.However I read in the IRS code you can only claim a tax free sale every two years.

In the past I've referred an owner to a cpa near him (he lived out of state) and after speaking with the cpa he realized he wouldnt have to pay nearly as much capital gains tax as he thought.
