I've seen alot of people say to just go through the conventional lending, and then quitdeed claim it into the llc.

Most people do not want to lend out money at 5% or 6%.

They will lend the money if you personally guarantee the loan.  

Several people that pitched me on real estate partnerships & syndication over the last decade are now broke, in prison or being sued.Growth Equity in Chicago is one & fortunately like with Steve Down I steered clear of them!

Instead of trying to actively manage investments in singles and doubles have you considered investing passively in syndications?

I've been investing in real estate but am new to private lending. 

There have been a lot of posts about failing syndications.  

I've closed loans after 90 days before.4) The Lending terms is not where you will win or lose Caleb and whoever else is out there wanting to start out and are a little tentative and nervous and unsure. 

Anyone viewing the property make sure they are property vetted with lending in place.
