I love having a video/photo inspection prior to move in for my records.

@Nathan Gesner I noticed that too - their videos pop up on my Instagram feed.

We don’t have videos (unless you are referring to the ONE short whiteboard vid we made) and we don’t have email campaigns.

Some guests don't get it fully, and I make a quick video showing how to use it and make it a part of my guidebook/automatic email sending.

I think The Short Term Shop has a video series specifically on STR Legislation in Branson on Youtube as well.

I keep hearing about the rent to retirement company so I watched their online video.

I’m sure you’re well intentioned - and want to learn the real estate industry while earning some money.That being said, I’m going to provide you with some hard facts; “wholesaling” is NOT anything like what is described in YouTube videos, guru seminars, or lead on to $40k mentorship programs.  

Also, if you know anywhere, book or video where I can learn to do due diligence and the other things you mentioned, please let me know.
