Nostalgia is the worst business model.

It’s a beautiful wooden cabin-style property that I’d love to restore.

Neither the model is STUPID nor I am loosing money. 

Here's the details:I was listening to a BP podcast or BP adjacent podcast over the last 2 weeks and I remember it mentioning a company that can assist in styling for renovating homes. 

Don’t copy their design make your own but look at styles that work, what can you do that makes you special, can you do a theme that will stand out?

Can anyone quickly share a math model of a the depreciation recapture scenario below?

WAIT as long as you can and don't die.This is easier said than done but it's a proven model to create wealth in your life that has worked for many people over time.I just borrow the down payment as a loan or equity in the property.

Has anyone had experience working with them before or this kind of model?
