The best way to do this is to renovate a unit or two to the specifications to bring it up to market.  

Did the contract you signed have any specific timelines on it at all regarding how fast we can get to you?

I wish there were more 'filters' / Criteria that you can filter by in real estate website to find what you're looking for.
