I am looking for CPA who has worked with investors and has RE investments experience (having reasonable rates is a plus) Preferably in south west Houston (Sugar Land).

To date we have paid off all debt, nearly funded our emergency fund, and now are looking at investment opportunities/avenues (if you can't tell already, big fan of the Dave Ramsey philosophy).Since we are new, our first step is looking at house hacking options in Southwest Michigan.

First, We are looking at markets and have narrowed some good markets in terms of lifestyle, safety, and home quality to Westerville, Hilliard, Lincoln village, Westgate, Franklinton, Southwest German Village, Far South, Livingston Park, South Side, South Alum Creek, Southeast Area, Berwick, Eastmoot, Woodland Park, North Central, Italian Village East.

Thanks for replying, I did buy them in Cali and the project is being developed by Jaramillo Mora  which is a very well known developer on the Colombian Southwest and now is expanding to Panama and Costa Rica.
