Poor people tend to cook with a lot more grease (hense the higher rate of obesety, heart disease, stroke, and diabetes) and tend to reused that grease coating the whole house.

Unless you KNOW (and you DON'T) that appreciation if going to cook in that time frame I'd just keep renting!
