If you want to buy rehab and flip homes.. then this is part of the process. if you to thin skinned to deal with it then maybe flipping is not for you..

I find people can succeed with having resources from a self help sort of system.

U have all sorts of HMB on this site that broker for direct lenders and they quote 10% down 100% rehab funds maybe its just a come on and it does not really exist ????

I know there are some people out there who do this and put an assignment in place to be recorded if the loan defaults.As with so many things in REI, there are multiple ways to skin the cat, and it has a lot to do with your level of risk and your partial investor's level of risk.I do teach a 4 hour live class on this. 

I'm in DFW and there were days I would get 5 or 6 leads and it was hard to sort them at the time.

So I require skin in the game (average is 5% to 15%) to offset this.

I feel like I'm missing something.Does anyone have experience in the area with those sorts of units?
