Like many of you, I'm a new investor, although have worked with investors for several years, finally jumping out of the nest if you will!

I would definitely reach out to several brokerages within the area that could better facilitate as the middleman when Insurance Companies do reach out. 

I also know of several law firms who have not been paid in over a year then will not work for them any longer.  

Unfortunately, several issues arose during the renovation: 1.

I did the same thing several years ago, but for very different reasons. 

Yeah there are several big items! 

There are already several gas ranges on the property so that shouldn't be a problem.

The residents are severly underpaid.

The way that I have done this in Costa Rica has been to bring in several partners on a high end luxury property who would like to own a part of a property that they can use and enjoy but that they don’t have to manage by themselves.Each of the properties that I own are at a million or higher or will be soon. 

Every PM I've met has at least several bad reviews, but I'm hoping this helps.
