I'm having to make some assumptions because there is missing info in your post, but it sounds like the flex space doesn't have a separate door to the exterior.

Turns out Cleveland is even better than Cincinnati the way they do it by separating classes of tax on residence, employment and business (rental).

Hey @Marc Shin, so I am a fan of separate components usually, but in this case an all in one is the better choice.We have Ziply DSL at only 12mb as that is the max for our rural lake house and it has been no issues.

Just to reiterate what everyone else has said, anyone 18+ needs to fill out a separate application and be screened.
