@Neil Lieb oh man I hadn't heard about that potential tax increase, and those sort of things are exactly what I was hoping to find out from the more seasoned investors on this forum.

I think it can be profitable for seasoned real estate investors who have both the time and expertise to make sure their rehab project stays on budget, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend biting off more you can chew and doing BRRRR for your first deal.

For many owners, this is a win.Other owners may value the consistent monthly deposits rather than worrying about the usually seasonal STR incomes. 

They may not take on new clients in the first quarter of busy season.  

As we sell through these items should we create a bank account with the llc to "season" the capital for when we are ready to reach out to a lender when we are ready to make our first investment?
