I'm not really interested in vacant lots in old neighborhoods scattered about where the homes are all $50,000 and in not so great condition. 

I haven't dug very deep into the forums yet but it's good to know that there is information out there for me that isn't scattered all over the web and I can just find in one place.

I didn't really know what to expect here so I was a little short on the details.Lots are located in Palm bay Unit 50 (Scattered)  City Water /  City Sewer.  

You'll find coffee spots, breweries, and restaurants scattered throughout this area.

Clean and simple - Tenant Placement = 1st-month rent (advertising, administrative, commission to agent)  - this is not a huge profit center for most property management firms10% of gross rent collected or $100/mo. whichever is greater (SFR 1-4 Family, No matter the # of units under management) Scattered site management is not easy, especially when you are picky and only try to place high-quality residents in the property.
